  • Help! My Order arrived damaged

    Oh Dear.. how awful!

    If your order has arrived damaged please contact us right away so we can replace the damaged product(s). Before you call or email us please have the following questions ready to answer:

    • What is your order number and/or surname?
    • Was the packaging damaged when you accepted the parcel from our courier?
    • Which parts of the product have been damaged?
    • Would you prefer a replacement product/parts or a refund?

    We aim to collect damaged goods within 3days of notification however in some cases we may request you dispose of the damaged product(s).

    Not to worry.. we hold records for up to 2 years, you can email or call us with the following information to retrieve the required information:

    • Your Invoice/Delivery address

  • Where can i download my invoice?

    You should receive a copy of your order invoice by email automatically and we also include a copy with your order, however if you have lost this you can request another copy by contacting us with the following information:

  • Can i arrange collection of my order?

    Yes, your more than welcome to arrange collection of your order. All orders are processed and shipped from our HQ in Northern Ireland, you can find our exact details by clicking here.

    Please note that all collections must be scheduled.

  • Imported Products

    We import our products from all around the world providing you, the customer, with the very best selection and quality. Sometimes these imported products carry a delay with delivery to you in 10-14 days however we do our very best to stock all your favourite products to get them to you super fast!

  • What Payment methods do you accept?

    Payment can be made via our Secure payment platform hosted by Sage Pay where we accept all major Credit and Debit Cards. In addition we can also accept payment via PayPal and BACS.

    We use the the latest SSL security certificates, complying with and exceeding all necessary security requirements to protect your details. Importantly we do not store any sensitive information (card number, etc).

    About SSL Encryption
    SSL encrypts your personal details to avoid any decoding of that information of anyone other than the necessary processing parties. To check the security of your connection, look at the status bar of your browser window after accessing the server.   • Can you send me a brouchure?

    Unfortunately we no longer produce a brochure of our products but you can find a vast range of products on our website all with the very best prices and all the information you will need.

  • Do the prices include VAT?

    Yes all prices on this website include VAT.

    Some of our customers may be exempt from VAT due to their geographical location. If you believe this applies to you please register for an account entering your VAT ID which if valid will remove the VAT at checkout. VAT is also removed automatically for customers outside of the EU such as USA and Australia.

  • How to open a warranty claim

    If you have a faulty product purchased inside its warranty period you can contact us to arrange a replacement product or part.

    If you need to check the warranty of a product you can search our website or contact us with the product reference. Please note warranties are limited to the small print provided and exclude damage to glass.
