The living room is the social hub of any home. It is the most comfortable room, where family and friends spend time enjoying each other’s company, or where you sit to relax in front of the TV or read a book after a long, hard day at work. This is the room where we spend the longest amount of time, where we can just sit down and chill out without needing any other purpose to be in that room. Living room lighting should reflect this. It should be easily adjustable, depending on your mood and what you are using the living room for. Large social gatherings probably need more light than when you have just sat down and switched on the TV or picked up a book. This is a versatile room that can be used for many different purposes, from doing nothing at all to hosting friends and family in a games night. It makes sense that the lights you use in your living room reflect this versatility and can be altered to suit your mood.
