We offer a fast and efficient delivery service globally with FREE delivery anywhere in the UK & Ireland when you spend just £49.

Delivery to European and International countries is calculated at checkout using a live link to our courier database system ensuring accurate delivery charges. Any applicable delivery charges can be seen in your basket before you checkout (Excluding customs duties / taxes where applicable). Alternatively if you wish to send your own courier to collect your order please contact us prior to checkout. The estimated delivery date for your order is shown at the 'shipping' section of checkout. You can also see the individual lead time of a product on its individual page.

We source products from all over the world and some products are dispatched directly from our EU Distribution Centers which can take slightly longer, you can see this information on each product and a delivery estimate is calculated at the time of checkout.

If you see a product with the message 'Low Stock | Restock...' please contact us for a more accurate restock date as some restocks can take up to 30 days from date of order.

BREXIT: We still ship daily to the Republic of Ireland and customers here do not have to pay any additional duties/taxes nor complete any additional paperwork following Brexit.

Lead Times will vary product to product and we display this information on each product page.

Typically lead times are around 5-7 days but some products are special order / bespoke and can take up to 6 weeks from order.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days using the cancellation form attached to the Order Confirmation email. 

You have the right to return any product for up to 30 days from the date you received your order (excluding items marked as sale or special order or Made to Order) and should you wish to return an item/item(s) please refer to the documentation at the link below. 

Cost of return must be paid by you however we can assist with booking a competitive courier. All returns must be in original and undamaged packaging with no parts removed. Returns will incur a restock fee equating to 10% of the returned product costs to cover the cost of outbound shipping, please see the link below for more information.
