The GU10 fire-rated downlights provide extra flexibility and choice for people who want to be able to change a bulb themselves. They are also fully fire-rated and acoustic compliant, which makes them ideal for hotels, restaurants, rental accommodation and new builds. The GU10 is fully tested for 30, 60 and 90 minutes’ fire resistance, as well as protection against airflow and moisture. The fire-rated cans are easy to install thanks to a push-fit, loop in, loop out terminal connector. While this is an entry-level downlight, there’s no compromise on quality or choice; GU10 comes in a range of options, including three different finishes of white, brushed steel or chrome, fixed or adjustable versions and IP20 or IP65 ratings for both indoor and outdoor uses.

This is a beautiful item very stylish and just as described

I have already emailed your company however on the issue I had with the delivery but I have heard nothing back

While the delivery man was courteous and polite he only rang ten mins before delivery despite my explaining that I wasn’t living in the property and being assured I would get an hours notice

Then he further explained that he couldn’t bring it into the house( own door ground floor apartment and left it outside the front door

I am an older lady with mobility issues and on my own and I was left with all the packaging and a wooden heavy pallet that it was sat on to dispose of

Getting the box into the house took me over an hour a few centimetres at a time pushing it from side to side

It is ridiculous to deliver furniture and refuse to bring it in the the property

Five stars for the product but terrible delivery experience
