Description

The trunk's edges are trimmed with real leather that has a brown colour which complements the brown and white cowhide. Stainless steel stud detail introduces a reflective metallic accent to the earthy palette. Silver coloured studs secure the natural leather handles on each side, while the lid is held in place with chunky hinges and latch locks. *This product is made from genuine cowhide. This is a beautiful item very stylish and just as described

I have already emailed your company however on the issue I had with the delivery but I have heard nothing back

While the delivery man was courteous and polite he only rang ten mins before delivery despite my explaining that I wasn’t living in the property and being assured I would get an hours notice

Then he further explained that he couldn’t bring it into the house( own door ground floor apartment and left it outside the front door

I am an older lady with mobility issues and on my own and I was left with all the packaging and a wooden heavy pallet that it was sat on to dispose of

Getting the box into the house took me over an hour a few centimetres at a time pushing it from side to side

It is ridiculous to deliver furniture and refuse to bring it in the the property

Five stars for the product but terrible delivery experience
