Description

Victorian traditional cast iron hanging light This ornate hanging light from the traditional range fits in with a wide range of housing styles. Each lantern is supplied with 300mm of galvanised chain along with a ceiling rose for roof fixing. Previous customers have placed this light in verandas, gazebos and porches.

This is a beautiful item very stylish and just as described

I have already emailed your company however on the issue I had with the delivery but I have heard nothing back

While the delivery man was courteous and polite he only rang ten mins before delivery despite my explaining that I wasn’t living in the property and being assured I would get an hours notice

Then he further explained that he couldn’t bring it into the house( own door ground floor apartment and left it outside the front door

I am an older lady with mobility issues and on my own and I was left with all the packaging and a wooden heavy pallet that it was sat on to dispose of

Getting the box into the house took me over an hour a few centimetres at a time pushing it from side to side

It is ridiculous to deliver furniture and refuse to bring it in the the property

Five stars for the product but terrible delivery experience
