I have already emailed your company however on the issue I had with the delivery but I have heard nothing back

While the delivery man was courteous and polite he only rang ten mins before delivery despite my explaining that I wasn’t living in the property and being assured I would get an hours notice

Then he further explained that he couldn’t bring it into the house( own door ground floor apartment and left it outside the front door

I am an older lady with mobility issues and on my own and I was left with all the packaging and a wooden heavy pallet that it was sat on to dispose of

Getting the box into the house took me over an hour a few centimetres at a time pushing it from side to side

It is ridiculous to deliver furniture and refuse to bring it in the the property

Very happy! Looks exactly like picture online. Easy for electrician to install. I would say the colour is closer to brushed brass rather than bronze because it closely matches my handles which are genuine brushed brass. Not upset about this, worked out well. & truthfully, it's the same as the online picture, so there you go.
