Influenced by the shapes and movement of flames, Versailles takes this aspect of nature and presents it in a magnificent manner. The use of new materials enables the light to diffuse along its transparent surface whilst the incorporation of LED light allows high performance with minimum consumption. With different pendant options available, this collection offers various solutions from the smallest to the largest requirement. The polished chrome metal work creates a unique finish that adapts and reflects to its surroundings. The high quality frosted acrylic diffusers throughout provide a uniform and consistent crisp white (3000K) light output. The larger pendants have an integrated relay switch allowing a reduced illumination. An optional black velvet chain cover is also included.

This is a beautiful item very stylish and just as described

I have already emailed your company however on the issue I had with the delivery but I have heard nothing back

While the delivery man was courteous and polite he only rang ten mins before delivery despite my explaining that I wasn’t living in the property and being assured I would get an hours notice

Then he further explained that he couldn’t bring it into the house( own door ground floor apartment and left it outside the front door

I am an older lady with mobility issues and on my own and I was left with all the packaging and a wooden heavy pallet that it was sat on to dispose of

Getting the box into the house took me over an hour a few centimetres at a time pushing it from side to side

It is ridiculous to deliver furniture and refuse to bring it in the the property

Five stars for the product but terrible delivery experience

Very happy! Looks exactly like picture online. Easy for electrician to install. I would say the colour is closer to brushed brass rather than bronze because it closely matches my handles which are genuine brushed brass. Not upset about this, worked out well. & truthfully, it's the same as the online picture, so there you go.
